The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program provides a new concept of financing energy efficiency, water conservation, and solar improvements through property-based assessments. PACE’s formation requirements utilize our foundation disciplines of energy efficiency consulting and assessment/ special tax implementation and administration.
